Dr. Sacha-Renée Todd
Fuelled by her curiosity to uncover the underlying ‘why’ and ‘what now’ solutions to research and management questions, Dr. Sacha-Renée Todd is a lifelong learner who employs her passion for research to aid organizations in obtaining the answers for all their market problems. As the founder and Principal Consultant at Bizect Consulting, Dr. Todd has culminated almost 20 years of professional research experience and solidified herself as an expert in data collection and analysis.
Sacha-Renée is a biologist by training having obtained a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Zoology. Her passion for research truly took form in 2002 with internships at the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica and the World Wildlife Fund’s Antigua Racer project. Her expertise continued to grow, expanding from environmental and scientific research to include, inter alia, policy, health, and market research, with positions at Institute of Jamaica, The Nature Conservancy, Ministry of Health and University of the West Indies Mona, and as Research Manager for Bluedot Data Intelligence Ltd., a full-service research and data intelligence company.
In 2020, Sacha-Renée chose to chart a new path and establish her research firm, Bizect Consulting, which transforms data into market and customer insights to drive success and innovation for all their clients.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Trish is a certified project manager, with experience managing customer retention programs and sales teams in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Trish is an innovative, results-driven, high achiever. As the Bizect Consulting Administrator, Trish manages the day-to-day operations of the team, and enjoys building a rapport with clients to ensure that their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Gavin Campbell
Data Scientist
Gavin is a passionate entomologist pursuing his PhD in Environmental Biology at the University of the West Indies, Mona. For his research he studies the aquatic and terrestrial fauna, along with studying the biological control of mosquitoes. While pursuing his studies, he participated in several internships, namely with The French Research Institute for the Exploitation of the Sea (Ifremer) in Brest, France and with The Smithsonian Migratory Bird Institute. He has served as a consultant on various environmental projects, and worked as a Data Analyst and Data Scientist with various organisations including Bluedot Insights, New York University and currently at Bizect Consulting. His experience has exposed him to both quantitative and qualitative aspects involved in market research, desk research and academic research.
